Very disappionted with the fact that the iron that was provided left black marks on my brand new $150 business shirt! When spoke to front office to have the iron replaced my request was ignored. No compensation was offered. As a result I will not be ruturning to this Hotel. Such a shame as location was perfect.

A very minor thing, but in the "breakfast room" some quite music or morning radio would add a little atmosphere. Very nice quite room, good facilities including a safe, would have liked 2 or 3 drawers to put clothes in

Tha hotel was convenient for our business

was booked for a non smoking room-but had to complain twice about the extreme smell of smoke throughout the hallway. Although close by to amenities-very functional only decor boring-carpet frayed at edges

Staff were excellent, all did their best to make our stay enjoyable. Hotel is clean and modern. Upgraded room given, great view.clean and spacious.

The hotel was nothing special, but it was clean and convenient and not a bad price for where it was. 1)No facecloths were provided, had to use small towels.

I thought it has tennis court and indoor pool, but not. :( The room is ok

Very close to Telstra Dome, Spencer Street Station and Free City Loop Tram. Absolutely perfect.

Great location and value for money Satisfactory for requirements

I thought that staff should have been able to give more accurate feedback on tram disruption due to work on line. Also I had pulled a muscle in my back the last day there, (needing to see doctor upon coming home)no help was given upon asking for whereabouts of a night chemist or providing a hotty or (heated wheatbag) would have provided some relief. very clean & tidy. A little of smallish side however beds were very comfortable! Enjoyed the peace and quiet of room the best.

TV was inadequate but the shower was magnificent.

The location, right near the bus terminal, was very convenient when getting to and from the airport, although when heading to other city destinations, I felt we were a ways from the "center" of the city. It wasn't a problem to walk or take the tram to where we wanted to go, so it wasn't really an issue. The continental breakfast was very nice, and although we had to pay for it, it was quite reasonably priced, and less expensive and much more convenient than anything we would have been able to find outside of the hotel. When we asked the hotel staff to help us by making a tour reservation, they were extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay here very much, and found the accommodation quite satisfactory. I would definitely stay here again if traveling back to this city. I enjoyed the fact that the room included a refrigerator. I thought it odd that there was only one blanket on the bed, and no bedspread! There were no extra blankets of any kind in the room that we could put on the bed for more warmth, if necessary. Then again, we were there in the Spring, perhaps they supply extra blankets in the winter? Overall, a nice, comfortable room.

Got what we expected for the price we paid. Choice of tv channels was interesting. Had channels with no sound or english.

We thought there could have been a comfortable chair or two
