Disappointed not to be moved to another room after being placed in smoking room despite request for non-smoking. Although room was "air cleaned" we were clearly on a smoking floor and smoke drifted from the adjoining room's balcony when we sat outside. Room smelt of smoke despite request for a non-smoking room. Window latch in main bedroom damaged, which made room noisy at night. VCR or DVD facility not provided despite area in TV cabinet.

Being near a Casino it is difficult to maintain personbal ambience however I was not disppointed at all generally. The room was certainly large enough and having a view of the harbour was great.

We love the different types of restaurants we were able to choose from, and also the casino setting. My wife and I really enjoyed th e city view, overlooking the Centerpoint

There was no shower caps in either bathrooms

concierge was very helpful as well as front desk and housekeeping staff. Only complaint was smoke in our rooms. requested non-smoking room. unfortunately, smoke from the other rooms on the same floor would filter in to our rooms. At times it smelled like we had been smoking in our suite.

Very nice hotel close to all amenities. The one disappointment was not being allcated a non-smoking room when it was requested. We wanted non-smoking but had to make do with a smoking room.

I think we got a bargain on the room. When we arrived we were told we were upgraded for free - very pleased with that!

Great resort - you don't even need to leave the hotel to have dinner or pick up some milk. Received free newspaper daily and housekeeping staff unloaded our dishwasher each day!

2 Bedroom unit - very clean, spacious and well serviced.

We were fortunate in that I found your hotel on the internet so our apartment was EXTREMELY good value. It was a lot better price than a lot of other I looked at and it had a better location, better facilities and a great layout. The room was great. There was the last persons used shampoo and dirty tissues in the shower which was a bit grotty and there wasn't anything in the room to wipe down tables and benches adequately and the cleaning staff didn't do it.

I left an item in my room which was very important to me to be recovered. The hotel was not able to return the item to me and i have since had to replace it myself

very professionally managed.From the time we arrived till we left everything ran smoothly.

Loved the apartment. It met all are needs tremendously
