During my stay i was made feel welcome and ll staff made me feel that no request was ignored. The room was pleasant views were wonderful.

Having stayed previously at this hotel we have found the location and general overall experience of our stay of a high standard. Being from a country area we were pleased with the relative quietness of the room we had been allocated.

Our experience at the hotel was most enjoyable. We had a manicure( the girls were friendly and professional) we enjoyed a meal at the restaurant and had fun on the machines! All in all an excellent time was had by us all! Our room was perfect . We enjoyed the view from the balcony both day and night!

The air-con was spoilt on the first day of our stay. However, the technician fixed the problem.

We were given an up-grade to a city view apartment which was greatly appreciated.

bed was broken and unfortnately there was no numbers programmed into phone and no directory list in room to call front desk or any other hotel contacts

We were impressed with what there was to offer for the price paid We felt that it was very comfortable and well presented

Everything anybody could possibly ask for to top off a stay in this great city. I come to Sydney 2 or 3 times a year and whenever possible I book at Star City through HolidayCity The rooms are very comfortable and far superior to standard hotel style accomodation.

The rooms were large and well appointed and it was good to be able to open the windows for fresh air in addition to having air conditioning. A seat on the balcony might be a good idea.

Good location, views over Darling Harbour and of the bridge. Good location, views over Harbour. Staff all very helpful and friendly.

The rate for Broadband use seems a little high and to purchase 15 minutes of continuous use at a time awkward - although the business centre was much appreciated.

We had to request a rollaway twice before one was issued. We were unhappy with so many young children accessing the spas without adult supervision and refrained from using the spas because of this. We were unable to have a non-smoking room as requested and did not like having to have a smoking room.

Hotel was very accomodating as our flight arrived early in the morning & although check-in was officially 3 pm, they rang us at about 12 on our international mobile to tell us the room was ready. Had unexpected touches eg. filled water jug in fridge, small packets of dishwashing liquid , laundry detergent etc.. Very useful as we didn't need to stock up .

Staff are excellent and nothing is a problem. Great views, conveinent to all amenities.
