The location is convenient, within walking distance to the city and fish market. The staffs are helpful and friendly. For the two bedroom apartment, the double bed in the other bedroom is quite small which is difficult to accomodate two adults.

This was a great hotel and right in the center of where we wanted to be. We could walk to Darling Harbour and just go downstairs to catch the bus. Everything was very handy. A few suggestions that I would make for the hotel however would be:

1. Have directions available for the washer and dryer so the customer knows how to run them when needed.

2. Have more dishes, pots and pans etc in the kitchen. For a family of 5 there just wasn't enough of this type of thing.

3. Perhaps make the snacks and beverage complimentary with just the one fill up for the whole time the customer is staying. We were starved and couldn't see paying $6.00 Au for a cookie!

Everything else was great. The staff and concierge were awesome and always went out of there way to help us with anything that we needed.

The service was fantastic, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We recieved a fre upgrade to a double bedroom apartment and complimentary champagne, strawberries and chocolate. It was the perfect experience!!!

Room was not ready for 2 hours, although I was 1 hour early, so some excuse. Great value

unfortunately due to business commitments and weather we did not have the time to use many facilitys amazing veiws and great size!

Am concerned re the 'water restriction policy'. You are reccommending strategies but are not offering any yourself. In Canberra we have been allocated water saver shower heads, which reduce the litres of water running down the drain, by holding it back and making a less strong stream of water. It takes very little time to get used to it and my family was absolutely amazed at the volumn of water pouring out of your old fashioned shower heads. You need to work on that, it costs so little, saves so much. They take about 10 mins to install. Good luck. Louise

was excellent service, and we were recieved a free room upgrade which was very appreciated.

The staff were very pleasant. All entertainment was available in the one place. The pillows in both bedrooms were too hard, would like softer ones. The plug was too small for the kitchen sink. We did ask housekeeping for another one but did not receive it.
