The reception staff were extremely helpful with check in and any enquiries. Security was excellent. It was extremely convenienbt for Darling Harbour. Would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay in again.

BEING DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CANCELLED PERFORMANCE OF DOCTOR ZHIVAGO ON 11/2 IT WAS A PLEASURE TO RETIRE TO THE HOTEL ROOM. THE ROOM WAS VERY NEAT AND TIDY AND THE LARGE BED WAS A PLEASURE TO REST ON. THE STAFF GREETING COMMENCING WITH VALET PARKING WERE ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THE GARDEN BUFFET FOOD HAD A VERY GOOD RANGE OF FOOD CATERING FOR ALL TASTES. THE STAR CITY LOCATION IS VERY HANDY TO DARLING HARBOUR AND SHOPPING. OUR STAY IN THE SPOTLESS ROOM OF THE HOTEL WAS A PLEASURE AND WE WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN HIGHLY RECOMMENDING THEY EXPERIENCE THE PLEASURE OF STAYING AT THIS HOTEL IN THE STAR CITY COMPLEX WHICH IS A GREAT ENTERTAINMENT VENUE.

The purpose of my stay was to have a night out before flying overseas - the hotel has a good mixture of activities for the family as well as proximity to Darling Harbour for other entertainment.

Star City has been our favorite hotel in Sydney for a long time. At the moment there are big renovations happening around the hotel and casino, which is slightly inconvenient, as you have to go around the back streets to get to the Darling Harbour but we did not hear the noise from our room. The staff of the hotel were courteous and helpful as usual.

Desk staff were very professional & full of knowledge, extremely helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was extremely clean, a very decent size and checkout at 11am is a decent time.

Star City is simply amazing. With great views and resort facilities, it amazes me to the point that the hotel and apartments arent full everynight. In terms of price and value, you can't go past it with holiday city providing some very great and competetive rates. Well Done Star City as once again you proved yourself a worthy contender in Sydney's tough holiday hotel market!!

This hotel is well situated. It has good transport to and fro to Uptown and downtown. The staff and room cleanliness could not be faulty. I would recommend the hotel to any person wishing to stay in SYdney. Hopefully we will be back again next year Regards Sally Freeman

Hotel reception girls gave us excellent service and were very friendly. Excellent rooms and great facilities. We loved the new sports lounge area.

We used the hotel as we were attending a show there. It is ideal for that. Given the full price of the rooms I did not think you got anything soecial for your money. Rooms were very clean, well presented and quiet.

STAR CITY IS IN A GREAT LOCATION, MINUTES FROM THE CITY, DARLING HARBOUR AND THE ROCKS . WE HAD A FANTASTIC WEEKEND. HOTEL STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH DIRECTIONS, AND OUR ROOM WAS VERY COMFY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE WHO VISITS SYDNEY.

Holiday City is to be commended for having Star City Hotel (Apartments) Sydney as one of its featured venues in Sydney. This facility is beautifully located in the Darling Harbour precinct, with easy access to public transport, Sydney CBD, China Town, Paddy's Market and the Fish Market in nearby Pyrmont. The apartments are well appointed and maintained and deserve their star rating. Highly recommend as an option, for any visitor to Sydney.

We were staying at Star City with my elderly mother who is on a walker. The staff was friendly and allocated us a room with disabled appropriate bathrooms etc. The hotel etc was very easy for her to negotiate and make her way around. We ate in several restaurants and each time the staff were extremely helpful getting her seated and comfortable.
Great value hotel. Would definitely recommend.
