Very helpful staff, central location and excellent value for money. . Not an attractive room, but comfort wise it was perfect. provision of shower gel rather than just a tiny bar of soap would also help.

The hotel is charming and the location is convenient. however the reception area could look better with some renovation. . The carpet is a little worn out, and if the sofa is upholstered, the room would be much improved.

Love the friendly staff. . The facilities are excellent for the hotel rate charged. Having the hair-dryer and the coffee/tea making facilities in the room is really a great value added service. I love the pulsating shower - that's the best!!
