Very helpful staff, central location and excellent value for money. Not an attractive room, but comfort wise it was perfect. Provision of shower gel rather than just a tiny bar of soap would also help.

The hotel is charming and the location is convenient. However the reception area could look better with some renovation. The carpet is a little worn out, and if the sofa is upholstered, the room would be much improved.

Love the friendly staff. The facilities are excellent for the hotel rate charged. Having the hair-dryer and the coffee/tea making facilities in the room is really a great value added service. I love the pulsating shower - that's the best!!

Excellent value for money, comfortable,clean, well serviced. Good location opposite Skybus terminal. Only downside was some nights other guests were noisy but that can happen anywhere.
