Comparing with other Shanghai hotel, Asset is a cheap one. Disregard with last Expo week (app. CNY 63 per night) where loading was added, the convetional rate should be even lower. yet staying at 4/F is abit inconvenient since the lift only serve up to 3/F and you have to walk for one level up on foot. It will be a bit troublesome if you are carry heavy luggage. Well the interior renovation of the room is clean and standard. Altough it is not a very spacious size, it is good enough for 2 persons. Yet the worst thing is location. You need to walk for a long straght road of app. 700m from the nearest MTR station.
