The pool and the room at the hotel were nice and a great deal considering the rates at the hotel are low. The front desk staff was a little slow but generally the staff is helpful and friendly. One thing that is very obvious is that the hotel exterior desperately needs a coat of paint, but considering their prices and the rest of the facilities, it's okay.

The room is dirty. The bedsheets were dirty too. The whole night there were mosquitos or insects that bit my daughter and me. There are no spoons for stirring coffee either. After spending one night there, we checked out the next morning. I think you will need to do something before more complaints come in.

Buffet breakfast was very poor. Very limited choices. no fresh fruit juices ( cordial only) No variety. This was a smokers room and pollluted with cigarette smells. Our request fro non-smokers room was declined

This hotel is looking very run down and poorly maintained. Air con hardly working - no outside line phone - bathroom primitive.
