Staff in the hotel were outstanding. We first thought of moving based on neighborhood and size of room but staff were so good we stayed for the full 5 days. Could have been larger but it made us get out and do things

Don't judge this hotel from the outside. It looked dated but everything on the inside is very nice, the staff is extremly helpful, and my overall stay was great. I would definitely stay again!. Bathroom was very nice!

The only minus was to find the hotel, as 21 oxfordstreet incurrs twice within a distance of one kilometre (a common problem in sydney), so pleace note it extra on your website/e-mails.

Sad to report that of all the places i visited during my trip to australia, the service at sullivan's was the poorest and least friendly.
