Located on Oxford St the hotel offers the ability to get to the city in a very short space of time by many modes of transport.

The staff are helpful and the facilities clean and tidy.

Free internet is great.

Facilities on offer and location make the price very good for Sydney.

Staff were very attentive. Breakfast was excellent asnd reasonably proced. Good location - remember to tell the taxi driover Pasddington. Really nice to have free internet access in the lobby. Bus stops less than 1 minute from the entrance. Was always very well serviced.

good location but rather frustating to hear other people negotiating lower rates for longer stay - now wish we had booked only for 2 days and then negotiated for a lower rate.

Great location between the heart of the city and en route to famous Bondi beach

little bit expensive than other cheaper hotel. it was so nice place.

The only minus was to find the Hotel, as 21 Oxfordstreet incurrs twice within a distance of one kilometre (a common problem in Sydney), so pleace note it extra on your website/e-mails.

Staff in the hotel were outstanding. We first thought of moving based on neighborhood and size of room but staff were so good we stayed for the full 5 days Could have been larger but it made us get out and do things

Don't judge this hotel from the outside. It looked dated but everything on the inside is very nice, the staff is extremly helpful, and my overall stay was great. I would definitely stay again! Bathroom was very nice!

Staff were fantastic - and superb cleaning done. Great view and appreciation of Sydney life was available from the front room in which I stayed. The triple-glazed doors to the balcony certainly cut out any potential noise nuisance

we felt the reception staff were "stretched " from a PR point of view, answering phones, looking at computer screens and seldom making eye contact or relating to us at all. they were v automated, perhaps due to task busyness. we thought the breakfast brunch was great. the cockroaches in the bedroom were not so great..the pool was well maintained and a real bonus for us

It was not smelling good inside the room. Probably the person before was smoking.

Taxi, though mostly avliable out side the hotel, would b nice if u could just have one called for u!....may u could net work with a particular company! I found the mattress a little to soft for my liking, But that a personal thing....just thought i'd mention it anyway!
