To whom it may concern, I just would like to say thank you for Ariva Gateway staff for making my stay in Kuching a pleasant one.The staff are courteous and always ready to help me in case of any question or request.I am happy with the room facilities especially the washing machine and dryer which is really a surprise to me as I have stayed at other apartment in KL ( Ascott/Darby Park ,The Zone ) but the items is not provided. Overall the hotel is excellent and I would certainly book it if I am in Kuching again. Thanks for the hospitality.

Took a short visit to Kuching to see our son in Uni. Selected Avira from the net, no regrets. No problem with parking our hired car. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Location central , walking distance to tourist area and eateries. Breakfast was ok. Will come again on our next visit.

the health centre and swimming pool are under renovation when I visited,(TIS NOT MENTION IN THE HOTEL PAGE)so, a bit regret to select this hotel, as this is the main point why I selected to stay in this hotel. luckily, the wifi and the Astro channel is on. otherwise, there is no other facilities to enjoy when i stay in. THE LOCATION IS GOOD.

THE STAFF WAS SO NICE. THE APARTMENT WAS GREAT. THE SERVICE IN OVERALL WAS EXCELLENT. THE LOCATION WAS STRATEGIC. THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO WORK OUT ON BREAKFAST BUFFET. NEED TO PUT A VARIETY. I FELT BORED FOR HAVING THE SAME MEAL FOR 2 DAYS. I’LL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MY FRIEND AND FAMILY TO CHOOSE THE HOTEL FOR WORTH PAYING AND STAY.

Had a wonderful time in Kuching. The hotel did meet my expectations and more! Hotel is clean and best of all is conveniently located. The food served at breakfast needs to be improved though. Nevertheless, it's really value for money. Overall, I'd give a seven out of ten.

Hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. May find food conveniently. A short distance walk to shopping area... provided that u know the shortcuts

My stay in this hotel was a good one... The studio rooms are excellent where I could comfortably rest myself with my mom and my son.. We really enjoyed the facilities and the staff was very courteous and helpfull enough especially Mr Norman. The hotel was located in the middle of the town and it makes us very convinient to us to move around. However, the hotel must improve their breakfast menu as it was very limited choices.

i was there for a holiday in Damai but i came earlier n stayed in Somerset to roam kuching town. I booked Somerset as last result coz mostly all the major hotels are fully booked for Gawai festival in kuching waterfront. The place is comfortable n very convenient coz all the malls and food centres are within walking distance. As the breakfast are not that appealing to me, i enjoyed my early morning powerwalk n search for local breakfast. The staffs are so friendly and very helpful. From the the front desks to the securities and bell service. i feel safe coz the securities are good. i came back again on my last day trip and definitely will return for my next stay.
