THER IS NO IRONING BOARD IN THR ROOM.OUTSIDERS COULD ENTER THE HOTEL TO UTILISE THEFACILITY LIKE SWIMMING POOL AND PARK THE CAR TO GO TO THE BEACH WHIC IS JUST BEHIND THE HOTEL.

When we first arrive,we are unable to locate the check in reception office.Only enquire for a while only notice at the quite end of building block.Not so expose to guess. Also the beach area is unpleasant due to wastes water stream flowing down to the sea.Hope for improvement.Others is satisfactory. Rgds.

Sir, I have no complain on the ammenities or the room cleanliness except for the item below: 1) Frontline counter staff or the reception staffs should be more courteous and friendly. I noticed that they hardly smile and take noticed of any visitor. When we arrived no one even greet or come forward to approach us eventhough there are about 2-3 staffs at the counter.They make us wait in the queue and when its our turn, we were inform that check-in time is at 3pm. Someone could have approached us to check our presence and inform us that we were too early for check-in or so. They could even promote some of the interesting places nearby. Staffs need to be multi tasking at time. 2) The food were not varieties enough, and again the staffs were not courteous enough, no greeting when we steps in and i remember the girl that come forward to me only asked me how many people. Thank you

The staffs were all very friendly and were genuinely warm and nice. Parking space was a problem. My room's fuse box cover was loose and nearly fell on top of me when I tried to close it properly. Water heater in the master bedroom was also 'tricky'. You have to pull and turn in a certain way before the heater is triggered on. However the place was nice, my kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach, the breakfast buffet was also adequate and the staffs were really nice. Overall, we think it's a nice place to stay.

Okay and convenient for the stay in the Hotel and the food in Japanese Restaurant are good but only few people around.I and family drive up to Sunway Lagoon instead, just to have fun at water world there.We came back at night and before checkout on Sunday morning we still have time stroll down the beach and have fun.

Although the food spread is not much, the taste is delicious. The rooms were great with great view i.e. overseeing the sea.

during peak periods,we assume this resort has inadequate parking.the pool was very packed too. maybe should construct another pool at adjacent field? maintenance of toilets could be slightly better.

I had to wait until 3 pm before I could get my room. The were no towels when I went in.

not enought parking bay, too expensive for Malaysian. Have a kitchen but cannot cook, whats the point? lighting too dim not suitable for my kids.

The water come out from air-cond. had wet the carpet for master bedroom and create an uncomfortable smell for the room.
