However, I was very disappointed at check-in time. The non-local girls were slow, don't seem to know what they were doing, don't quite understand even when I spoke English or Malay and attended to others who came after me!! The local manager (an Indian lady) tried very hard to make guest feel welcome & comfortable despite having to wait our room to be ready as guests had checked out late and the hotel was very booked. Room is great, however didn't feel secure as the Ancasa flr was has a corridor outside our window. I didn't realise Ancase flr is on a low flr, not specified in the booking information. I would have preferred a higher flr as I've stayed once before the hotel changed its name.

Original informed that room will be ready after 1 hour, but it has been delay to another 15 minutes. When we got to the room (after been informed that the room is ready), the room actually was not ready and nobody was cleaning the room. This give bad impression to tourist.

I feel the hotel is worth the it as it is very affordable. The service is excellent. I like the room. Clean and comfortable.
