I chose your hotel for the convenience & location to the domestic Airport as I was to fly out the next morning. For me, everything worked out very well thank-you.

i was travelling back from a holiday in phuket and i had to stop over for 1 night in bangkok before my morning flight back to the UK. i was surprised when i arrived to the hotel at the quality of the place. for the price that i paid for the room it was very good value. i approached the spotlessly clean reception desk to be told that i had been upgraded to a executive room on the 5th floor free of charge i was surprised as you can imagine. the customer service was great they helped in advising me when to leave to get to my flight on time and where i could go for the evening as i was a solo traveller. i ate in the mexican themed resturant at the hotel and the staff were very friendly and the food was great. there was a live singer there also that was very good. i would highly reccommend anyone using this hotel in the future and i will be using them again when i make another trip to bangkok.

Had not realised hotel was so far away from the new airport Nice to have the facility of making coffee/tea etc. Thanks
