Room quality was a disappointment based on value. Tropical 6 was nothing great but a room that faces the unfinished condo. There was no free broadband. Finishing of room is not up to the standard of a hotel of its class.

The restaurant tried to charge me for breakfast (which was included in my daily room rate) and I was "escorted" to the front desk where I had to explain the situation - this was a waste of my valuable time and not a friendly experience for a hotel customer. I would not recommend this hotel to my colleagues. Airconditioning was unable to be effectively controlled within the room. Even with the aircon off, the room was sometimes too cool! Also, the advertised Broadband cable and service was not in working order in my room.
