Comment on Hotel :
We specifically selected this hotel because it stated it had an indoor heated pool. The pool was not available or heated during our stay! We were very disappointed with this booking. We also paid a lot for it and felt it was one of our worst hotels in a month of travels around Australia (although it was one of the most expensive).
Comment on Hotel Room :
The double bed was so bad two of us could not sleep in it. It was sloped and lumpy. I was the worst I have seen in a hotel in decades.
