The pool was not available or heated during our stay! We were very disappointed with this booking. We also paid a lot for it and felt it was one of our worst hotels in a month of travels around Australia (although it was one of the most expensive). The double bed was so bad two of us could not sleep in it. It was sloped and lumpy. I was the worst I have seen in a hotel in decades.
