Comment on Hotel : We were extremely disappointed with the service. When checking in we asked if our rate included breakfast and were told it was and where to go for it. Upon having breakfast (a bowl of cereal and a piece of fruit) we were told actually our rate doesn't include this and it is $33 EACH. When explaining that we wouldn't have had breakfast here if we had been told the correct information upon check in the senior woman told us that according to the computer SHE checked us in. As it was the night before we all (including her) knew it wasn't her but she kept saying it. We were given the breakfast for $16, despite the error being their end. Room service was ordered at 6pm and they said it would be twenty minutes - we rang twice and on the second phone call the phone was just put down and we could hear every word they were saying! They never came back to us! We kept trying to ring and of course it was engaged because they were on the phone to us! It arrived at 20 mi nutes LATE at 20 to 7 (we had a presentation at 7pm to deliver) with only an explanation that they were really busy tonight. All we had ordered was two bowls of soup! Overall a very disappointing stay.

Comment on Hotel Room : The bath had dirty soil in the base of it - we were moved to another room because of it but the next bath still poured out a little from the tap.
