I enjoyed it so much I recommended it to a colleague at the same conference. He immediately requested and received a room - at the same rate as I had received. Two delighted customers. Just groovy. I love dit.

Friendly and helpful staff. Better lighting near wardrobe would be useful. Otherwise a spacious clean and very comfortable room.

The walls are very thin - need further soundproofing or better room allocation. Breakfast buffet is very poor

The bar was non smoking which we didn't know about. Considering they had smoking floors, I would have thought they would allow smoking in the bar area. pillows were uncomfortable even though they were large. They supply complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner but no body lotion like most hotels.

I didn't require any service, the b'fast was great (better if they'd brought it to my room but you can't have everything). As above, i was impressed with what i was presented with for the price. It was a nicely appointed appartment, looked new and surprised me when i got there.

I have scored low on the service due to the poor set-up of the breakfast facilities and staff. I did, however, speak to the Manager during our stay, and he was very understanding and promised to look into it. It was very kind of him to bring to our room a bottle of wine by way of apology, and for bringing it to his attention. So although I scored 3 for service because of the breakfast, by virtue of the managers excellent service after I would not hesitate to reccomend or stay myself at the hotel again.

We went to the restaurant for dinner. I was not happy with the service. We had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes to be served our entree. I made this known to the staff, after several requests to find out what was happening. Won't be attending at the restaurant again. I was more than happy with the room, but unsatisfied with the restaurant. I was very happy with the room, very nice.

Valet parking fee of $19.00 appears to be quite high. The quilt cover was stained and not freshly washed. We have asked for it to be changed but it never happened. Pity, but such detail spoils otherwise a very good impression.

No towels in the room but quickly sorted out. One of the best rooms I have stayed in. Excellent value for money.
