Alice Springs Resort

Suitable for: Leisure

We were greeted in a friendly manner on our arrival. Despite the rainy weather we enjoyed ourselves. We found the room was large enough for three adults especially having the terrace. The location was good: easy walking distance to town, but in a quiet environment. Must say the steaks and lamb that we ate in the restaurant were superb!So good in fact that we went back again and had the same thing.

Suitable for: Families

Very pleasant staff. Hotel very well located close to
town centre and enjoying a rural setting. As I was there for less than 48 hours I did not get to enjoy all the facilities available. Dinners and lunch good.

I assumed breakfast was included - it would be helpful to be told that this was an extra. In fact it should really be included in the room-rate. Lovely having two large beds - a real bonus.

service inpool area slow - tables around pool taken all day and used as towel and clothes dumping facility. Food choice limited but ok quality, not a bad a hotel but not worth the premium. not a huge room for two double beds.Tv very limited-no internet

I was there on two seperate days. First day iwas assigned a room in the new wing that was fantastic. Second time I was assinged in an older wing...I didn't think that room was up to the reputation of the resort.
