Apparently there was a mix-up between the hotel staff and hollidaycity.com. My reservation was not in the hotel's computer system. Furthermore, my room (king + 1 extra bed) was not available to my horrors!! Room was ok.

We've finally got one after insisting having one and that spent us 10min with our car waiting outside.

A lot of food is served at breakfast, but the quality is erratic; my chicken was still raw, my friend's eggs were burnt. The room and bathroom are very satisfactory.

Both reception & F&B staff were efficient. Bathroom window should be covered with better blinds as can see through widely.Suggest to seal off the window near the commode.

No problems travelling around the town. Within walking distance to major shopping centres, attractions and food places was a major factor in choosing the hotel. Staff were extremely nice and made the stay very enjoyable. A home away from home. Inclusion of in-room safe was a major factor in choosing the hotel for the added security. Small touches (i.e. well stock mini bar, complimentray sarongs, bathroom item, etc) added to the comfort level.

Other than that it is centrally located to all the old sites and truly a stones throw from Jonker st. Needed more Astro channels
