Quiet despite location on a main road

stains on sheets and towels.

The stretch of fountain at the delux rooms' lobby is nice; The air is clean and fresh. installation of a vcd/ dvd player in the room will be good, properly not all, but Courtyard deluxe room and above.

The odor

The porter service was not efficient that morning of check-in. It took 45 mins to retrieve my luggage. The bathroom was wet when we first came into the hotel room.

Compare to other hotels, the room was small. And also it will make a difference if the carpet is changed. It looked very old and not clean!

Had to change rooms for second night, which was a nuisance. Bathrooms are getting a little old.

Internet connection is not available as there is some problem.

it is high time to renovate the room.

Good location with excellent nearby hawker style food mall and restaurants. Small courtyard room with no window, only really good for sleeping in. Difficult to fit family of four in room, ended up with one adult and 2 kids in king size bed and other adult in single! Shower head was broken but v quickly fixed when reported.

Surprised at the decor. And, a very well-dressed staff, looked very professional -- sharp. Good: I was pleasantly surprised by the small desk area. A nice touch. Not good: the desk light was so small and dim, could not be used. not good: no mini-bar. I got in late and needed bottled water.

The ETA for my Parents was 6.00 to 7.00 am in the morning on March 3rd but the Hotel gave the room at 13.00 hrs..Hence my parents to stay without a room for 8 hrs

Nice location near Little India. As a unique boutique hotel it fit our needs for our first visit to Singapore. We had booked a courtyard Executive Deluxe, which was on the second floor and seemed small and closed in, but asked to move to a ground floor which we liked much better.

Love the room and the people at the hotel especially En. Syed who have helped us a lot!

try to order a taxi independently from this hotel,to the airport,as the concierge will hire a taxi that will cost you twice as much!

Service was good (especially to handle our very late check in) except for at check out. There was a strange/unpleasant smell in the foyer/coming from the bathroom, from our first entrance until we checked out.
