They would not show me a decent room as i booked through a website that was not there own. The staff charged me (with out permision) AFTER i left additional mini charges that i didnt not use.

In Little India we found it very central for restaurants and sightseeing,including the very good chinese restaurant within the courtyard. We would definitately recommend it , as it was recommended to us.

The bed was comfortable and the amenities at the hotel were more than adequate for our purposes. We returned to the hotel for the period 5/8-9/8 after leaving a cruise ship and were quite pleased with our stay. The location in Little India is great and we had an enjoyable stay. Will certainly keep the ACH in mind if we are back in Singapore.

Front desk staff were all right as they processed my check-in and check-out professionally. I also appreciated they helping me to call cabs for me to get to other parts of the city. Even the info desk staff was helpful in directing me to where I could find pillows for sale. 2. The main trouble with the room I stayed in was the faulty room key card that caused the room lights to malfunction. Had to wait for quite a while in the dark evening before room service sent up their maintenance man to fix the lighting problem. This did cause my hubby to blow his fuse! : ( 3. The room safe was not in working order so we were not able to keep our passports there. 4. We did not have much problem with including breakfast for 2 upon check-in, as we were able to join the other guests, and had the bill charged to our room. The buffet spread was not, however, as varied and extensive as that of other hotels in Spore of similar star rating, where we had stayed previously. 5. The location is the main reason why I picked this hotel as we could easily cross over to have other meals and shop for what we came for.

Courteous, helpful and unobstrusive staff. I will definitely return there on my next visit to Singapore. I would recommend some improvement on the quality and variety of breakfast options. Sound insulation in rooms is something else that could be addressed, not from outside noise but to protect those who want to rest from noisy visitors such as those who stayed and partied all nights in the room above mine.

Also it would be nice if they had travel agents to help with changes in travel plans/ new travel arrangements.
