hotel staffs provide best services.perfect location.hotel is very nice and comfortable.very relaxing but rooms look abit old and bed is uncomfortable.

Excellent hotel as well as the staff service. Should I have any opportunities in future, I would strongly recommend any of you to stay.

This was a wonderful hotel in the heart of the lively Kuta area. We had a nice and spaceous room, clean, good atmosphere and cosy restaurant. It's a lively place and lots of shops, restaurants etc. are on walking distance.
Though if you seek a relaxing/quiet place to stay, you should try to find it further away from the Kuta/Legian area. Nevertheless it was worth the $ to stay here. More keywords: friendly staff, good breakfast, clean.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the resort. We adore the nice quiet soothing aromatic ambience of the resort. It really took our minds away from the hustle and bustle of our busy lifestyle back home. We did not feel cramped up in the big room that we stayed. Although we envy those staying nearer to the pool, our room was not that far off.

The staff were very friendly, courteous and prompt. It mirrored the general politeness of the people in Bali.

Location-wise, it's about 5-10 minutes walk to Kuta's happening areas. Taxi is very easy to hail from the street or there's always one waiting at the resort. Beach is just across the street in front of the resort.

Overall, we love the resort and planning to return soon!

The hotel is a low density hotel hence its very peaceful. The staff are quick to respond to any complaints and are very courteous and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to families who wants a quite holiday.

My stay at Alam Kul Kul Boutique Resort is up to my expectations. The Alam room is clean and comfortable. The food is 100% halal and the staffs are courteous.

I would stay at Alam Kul Kul again for my next visit to Bali. And I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Although the hotel was located amoungst the hustle and bustle of Kuta it was quiet and serene. It would be wise to choose a room facing the pool area.

The room are adequate for a quad room. Good value for four people. Ambience is great if one dislikes hustle and bustle. Very quite in the room.

the hot water supply very slow and erratic. the phone alarm seems to have a mind of its own. cannot be tamed!

Unfortunately while we were staying with you I was ill and needed to spend a lot of time sleeping so it was difficult for my husband to entertain the children and keep them away from me, so he just sat around the pool,which you had treated the night before and was possibly over chlorinated as bathers rotted in 1 day ,kids had red eyes and very dried out hair. We were very dissapointed in the size and situation of room .For 5 people the fact we had no outdoor access,no balcony even ,certainly no view,no living space and one small bathroom with no bath just shower was very stifling.

The staff were exceptional and always accommdating. We wish we had stayed longer. The only small issue I had was how expensive the phone calls from the room were. $9 AUD for 3 mins to Australia. The room was as promised. Very comfortable and well set out. Lovely antique furniture
