I appreciated the convenient location and the friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant for the breakfast is a bit small but the food very nice.

No parking facilities available although they advertise valet parking services. Fridge (mini bar) was really dirty, as were the windows and the balcony!No hairdryer.

The hotel shows a general sign of needing modernising and refurbishing but overall the staff were helpful, flexible and we had no problems during our stay. Double glazing to block out the sounds from the local mosque would have been a benefit although we were disturbed very little by the mosque

The hotel is full of smoking smell despite the air fresheners been installed. Road noise is another case specialy early morning. Car parking due to some civil work in the area isn't available and the management didn't even bother to consider it's importance. The room is a bit tight for the item in it.Bathroom,too!
