Wake up call did NOT happen
Pick up by shuttle at airport was made very long and drawn out in the middle of the night.Over 1 hour.
$7.00 for very small liqueur glass half full of very average Port in Bar over the top.

We had just flown from Hong Kong with a stop-over in Sydney; so we were very tired. Our room was quiet, near to the laundry which we used and had the welcome addition of doors out into the garden, which we appreciated very much.

What I liked about your hotel:

no airport noise--I spent 3 nights total and never heard a plane
cleaning staff were very friendly

The young woman who works the front desk during daytime hours has a radiance and peace about her that was quite wonderful. She's perfect to greet guests and deal with complaints.

The hotel was excellent and I would recommend it to friends and happily stay there again.

It would have been helpful if I had known that the hotel has a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. I was ripped off by a deliberately evasive shuttle bus driver.

This hotel met all my expectation. I was travelling through Auckland on my way back home to the Cook Islands from a two week conference in Canberra, Australia and needed accommodation for one night lay off in Auckland continuing my return trip home.

I needed a place where it is convenient to the airport and with reasonable price within my budget. After checking the internet this is the hotel with rates that met my budget.

I appreciate the free shuttle pick and drop at the airport - an excellent bonus.

We used the hotel for the first night of a trip to NZ and were looking for something inexpensive near to the airport. The airport pick-up and check-in in the early hours of the morning went very smoothly.

The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained - with no frills. It was also quiet - this can be unusual for airport hotels.

The staff were very helpful and arranged a taxi to the marina area of the city the next morning. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing an inexpensive place to stay before or after a flight.

Didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel and only did breakfast, so unable to comment on other dining.

I like really your hotel. Everything is nice. However your staff should be more carefull about online reservations. When I arrived to the hotel from the airport at night I was shocked as I learned that there were no available room for me. After a while I got a room at last. I think this is not a good experience at first glance.

Most staff very helpful. 24 hour Shuttle from/to airport very useful. Proximity to Airport excellent.

Rooms good for cost.

From the time we entered the airport courtesy shuttle , to checking in, checking out, dinner and breakfast, the staff were always there to help and assist.

The location was convenient to the airport and the city centre.
