The staff were very respectful and helpful and accomodating. Also, the location is ideal, very close to the airport.

We stayed for only one night before traveling overseas and left our vehicle in the park for 5 x nights. On return (28/06) the battery was flat. The shuttle driver on that night, went out of his way to help, with prompt service and even used his own car to jump start mine. The receptionist was also a great help.

We chose this hotel as it was close to the airport, provided free transfers (5 mins) and had a restaurant on site which was important to us as we didn't have a car and didn't know the area. All staff were friendly, informative and helpful, however the bathroom had seen better days in the room we had and would benefit a refit. But overall ok for a one night stay.

Only thing that let the visit down was the front of house. Employee was polite but never smiled or looked as if she enjoyed her job. Rest of staff very friendly esp pick up driver.

Rooms comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful but I felt they were short staffed in the restaurant and bar but service did not suffer.Food and menu very good. We booked this hotel primarily because of its proximity to the airport and this exceeded our expectations. Apart from its convenient location, it was surprisingly quiet. As we had a lot of luggage we were pleased that all the rooms were on the ground floor, and access was easy from our car to the room. The room was large and reasonably equipped, but the bathroom fixtures were a little dated, although clean and fully functional. We did not use the restaurant as we had food with us for breakfast and there are two quick and easy cafes just across the road. We did not need the shuttle to the airport but we noticed it was popular with other guests and worked efficiently. Excellent value for money, we would come again!

the food and staff were good, big surprise. the motel itself reasonable priced, but is due for a refurbish, sooner rather than later. A bit depressing when you enter the rooms , due to drab colour.

The hotel met my expectations as we only stayed here overnight arriving very late and leaving immediately after breakfast. We chose the hotel as it was located close to the airport and had a shuttle bus service. The bed was comfortable and the cooked breakfast in the morning was just what I wanted.

The hotel was better than expected and had a few services which were a surprise given the price eg. free transfer, pool, low-cost internet access, nice room freebies. Would use again.

On checking in the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, very keen to assist us with any concerns directions and needs. The girls in the restruant were very happy and obliging at all times , the only confusion we had was when asking for a lift to the airport early the next morning was to get our booking in, unfotunately while waiting for flight confirmation we left our booking too late and had to leave a lot earlier than ideal ,lesson learnt . Enjoyed the whole experience will do it again have already reccomended this Hotel to others as a frinedly convenient location with great meals and service, by the way we had the smorgasboard that evening very nice. Staff very courteous and helpful.
We didnt get a wake up call as the phone was faulty.
A staff member was sent to our room to advise us our shuttle was ready and when they found our phone was faulty it was reported straight away.
We left our car in the car park and went on holiday knowing it was safe and sucure.
We will use this Hotel again.
We have given our friends information of this Hotel.

Location is perfect for an early flight. Food was not outstanding (poor choice for vegetarians) although the cheese plate was excellent. Information of staff was a bit confusing (e.g. reservation in the restaurant is necessary, but restaurant was almost empty). Internet did not work although staff contended that everything should work properly. All in all, we had a great time during our stay at your hotel!
