Staff was excellent and MOST helpful. The bathroom is a little to dark for us older people, and some on the modern fixtures etc. are a little difficult to manage. Bathroom floor was also slippery and very dark. We enjoyed our stay there and you have a great location. Thank you again for being most kind and helpful.

The hotel was located in a perfect area for shopping, theater and touring.....the service was some of the finest that I have encountered. Everyone was friendly, courteous and very willing to do whatever was needed to make my stay an enjoyable one. The room was wonderful.....the bed for me was a little low, but I would difinitely stay there again. There wasn't anything left for me to do except enjoy my stay.

Upstairs bar was closed down This hotel has an architecture award but the room felt austere and unwelcoming. Furthermore items eg lotions, soap were not renewed, drink on arrival not provided etc - felt like they were trying to cut costs

The staff was very friendly. Very nice. The only thing I didn't like was the light system being linked to the room key.
