The hotel is too far away from the centre of Cairns. Although the address is the Esplanade there is no Best Western sign on the front of the hotel - it is at the back where the car park is situated. As a result I had some difficulty finding the hotel.

We only had breakfast in the hotel and this was very good and good value for money. Air conditioning unit was very noisy and could not be left on at night. Milk in fridge was not replenished when used. Towels in bathroom had holes in them. Room generally was looking a bit tired and could do with decorating, i.e. carpet was stained in places.
