Very friendly staff, car park a bit of a tight squeeze, probably ok for an average size car. I found out that I could have got an AA discount, this was after I had paid the account, so missed out. TV reception could be improved on and the doors are noisey when they close.

We expected to have the cooked breakfast at 7.00 as we had to leave the hotel at 7.30 to catch the ferry. However we were told the food will not be ready. We opted for the continental breakfast, but quality was much below you expect. I have travelled much and stayed in many 3-4 star hotels, but when compared with what you get in Singapore, or Kuala Lumpur or any other place the standard was low. For example you do not expect canned fruits to be served, and you look for much variety, as breakfast is very important for many travellers.

Breakfast room & breakfast not very tempting. Very friendly & flexible service at the reception. One lightbulb remained unchanged for a week. Alarm clock was many times unplugged & out of time, apparently during the making of the bed. Place for suitcase a bit awkward. Nice bathroom.

No restaurant open, breakfast was served in a conference room which was very poor and having to listen to a brass band practicing! No ambience whatsoever. I think when there are holes in the bathroom floor, holes in the bedroom floor covered with carpet then you can consider it very poor.

Same as above, just a very old building, not very modern at all. All clean and tidy, just very dated. No air con, very old furnishings.

The smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming when we got out of the elevator on the 4th floor on our arrival.After two days one got used to the smell and hardly noticed it I noticed the same smell in Atrium Towers when we visited a friend there.

Hotel by now outdated, needs complete renovation. Rooms are outdated.

I would have liked to know beforehand that there was a charge for parking.
