Very central near everything. Very well presented rooms.

as i was only stayin the one night i did not have to use any of the facilities. the room was slightly shabby and in need of a face lift.

Had to change rooms due to being given a smoking room but it was also in a state of disrepair - cigarette burns on picture frame, side of unit torn away, bad markings on wall etc etc

Adequate breakfast. But the lift to the top floor had broken down! Clean and quiet

Value for Money would be 4 if breakfast were included. Staff were friendly and helpful - especially in handling our late luggage from the airport! A little worn, but not too bad otherwise.

The reception area wasnt clean and it had a bad smell. We were in the basement, it was very noisy and very small.

An excellent hotel but the standard of breakfast (apart from the cooked)and tea/coffee - not fresh - was very poor, especially considering the charge of GBP12.00. The evening meal was also poorly cooked.

The room and bathroom were ver clean. The pillows were very uncomfortable for me.

The hotel's self appointed 4 stars don't correspond with reality. I expect better quality above average from a 4 star house. (E.g. cleanliness and an almost makeshift remodeling the of bathroom).
