Easy access to Central Station for bus and train. Close to Paddy's Market for souvenir shopping and chinatown..george street is just around the corner and 20 mins walk to Darling harbor overall a good place to stay with reasonable rate and i would recommend to other people

A GREAT LOCATION AND THE DELUX FAMILY ROOM SUITED OUR FAMILY PERFECTLY. THE FACILIIES INCLUDED A FRIDGE, TABLE AND CHAIRS, TV ETC. FOR THE PRICE IT WAS PERFECTLY ADEQUATE AND THE LOCATION WAS EVEN BETTER THAN EXPECTED. FOR THE PRICE I WOULD TAKE THE FAMILY THERE AGAIN.

Family of five great price all in one room and so close to every thing that you need to do in sydney would recommend to any one wanting budget accomadation

The only good part to say about this hotel is that it is in a good location. The rooms which was a Delux Family Room should have been a double room only, the room was not serviced befor we arrived as I had to ask Terry? to change the sheets on the beds his excuse was he thought previous guest were staying on. There was no information in room and bathroom had mould/mildew in show cubical, the door did not close as when using bathroom can see through to bedroom and dining area overall will not recommend people to use this Hotel.

Room quite small. Bed pushed up against the wall so one person had to climb over the other to get in and out of the bed.

Hotel is nice and close to Entertainment Center, Darling Harbour, and Paddys Markets, (all are a short walk from this hotel) so it is great for a low cost accomodation if you are visiting Sydney to see a show at the Entertainment Center, only downfall was that the hotel hasn't any parking and their allocated parking nearby, was full, so we had to park at the Entertainment Center overnight, which costs $25.00. Still value for money though! Particularly if you are just staying overnight, as we did. Nice big room (Deluxe Twin). Spacious and clean. More light would be good as the room is otherwise a bit dark due to the older style windows which don't let a lot of light in. Otherwise spacious, clean and value for money. I have definately stayed in worse for the money, in Sydney, and I would use this hotel again, for sure!

the fire alarm went off and i rang down and spoke to someone and told them that their was an alarm going of and he hung up on me. Also breakfast was not on in the morning. chef did not turn up. had to walk side ways around the room to get our bags in.

There was a problem at Aarons hotel, so I was given a room at the Crest Hotel. I have never stayed at Aarons Hotel

The room allocated to us this trip has an unpleasant smell and we still couldn't figure out what it was. However, the room allocated to us during our previous trip in Feb this year did not have the smell. Room lights are too dim.

i think that holiday city was great and helpful would definitely use again there were needles pushed down the sink. did inform staff

the windows are not clean. some pillow are dirty.

The service is overall good however I think the frontline desk personnel is not friendly. I think they should smile more giving customers a welcome feeling.

I HAVE RECOMMENDED THE HOTEL TO ONE OTHER COUPLE THAT HAS AS A RESULT STAYED THERE.

The staff at the front desk were excellent. There was a slight difference in the billing (higher) against the quoted rate by Holiday City after re-checking on returning home. I did not question it earlier as I thought I was mistaken. The used bath towels were not taken away while new ones were put in. We ran short of space to hang them. Sometimes new ones were not provided. Facial towels appeared only once on the second day. The cleaning staff were helpful, though.

We stayed first for 4 nights and then for 1 night two weeks later. Every single night we were woken up by either bin emptying or street cleaning at around 2 o'clock in the morning in the road at the rear of the hotel. It was so noisy and for this reason we would stay elsewhere another time.

The hotel was what we hoped it would be for a 3 star rated hotel. It was quiet, we were on the third floor, and the location was quite good. It was small but it was clean and had all the amenities you would expect for the money
