The carpark was too far away and we still need to pay for the carpark. There was no space to place luggages or even open it up, we have to do so on the bed.

Great location right in the city and friendly service. Great value. Good clean room with basic but adequate amenities and facilities. I would have liked an iron and ironing board in the room, however these were available in the hotel laundry.

The location of the hotel is good as it is very close to the malls. The room is very small with limited walking space.

A really centrally located affordable hotel. Friendly reception staff. Standard room a bit on the small size but the deluxe room was much larger and worth the extra few dollars

the hotel gives good value for money. the service depends on the person who was at the check in desk. we had good and unfortunately, bad experiences.

Should throw in breakfast - like what the Indian Ocean Hotel does.After all coffee, tea and cereals plus bread are not that expensive. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Phone calls charges are ridicous as for any calls its 85cents irrespective of time. They should have a call saving system. Lower the rates for phone calls and have a hand free phone installed. The TV is outdates and should have a flat screen. When we got in the ceiling light was not working as the bulb blew. No technician available at that time 6 am. make up of romm is not flexible and can only be done on a fixed time

We were out a lot of the time so didn't need service etc. so hard to answer questions. The room was fine, it is just that we are from the country so it took a little to adjust to the smallish room. Traffic noise was fine.

The bed is comfortable for one, but way too bouncy for two. Any movement sends shockwaves across the entire surface.

Its strategically a great and affordable place to stay. Its nice and cosy. But the study table is kinda big.
