Value for money due to great location. Didnt provide tea and coffee packets in room although we told the receptionist a few times. Small but clean.

Small but comfy for the price

My sister visiting from Canada was my travel companion and experienced what we now believe was a 24hr stomach virus. I was most impressed with the way the staff expressed their concern with her well being. I know my sister was impressed. Nice to have a hairdryer supplied.

The hotel was well situated for getting to restaurants, ferry and train etc The first room we stayed in was small - not enough room to move round the bed.(308?) 2nd 2 nights the room was fine (614?)

pay attention to the cleaning of the filter of the air-conditioners. Our room's air conditioner is so close to one of our bed. My mum could not sleep well at night. In addition, the filter of the air conditioner is dirty and see that without cleaning in the last month.

Shower door completely broken. Recpetion couldnt care less and ignored requests to fix it. They also continually embarrassed us by asking us to pay for breakfast when it was included in the price, every single day! Shower door completely broken. Central location-very handy for travellers. Very satisfied.

There is no parking space for a car. An arrangement with a nearby car park adds $12 per day, but does not include reserved spots for hotel guests. The car park was already full when we tried it. We chose not to stay in the hotel. If you have a car, stay somewhere else. Room is very, very small. Not enough room for two suitcases.

A basic hotel at a reasonable price in the centre of the city. Room was basic but adequate.

Good location & very reasonable cost. After moving from an older room to a new one, things were generally OK

Though centrally located, the many one-way roads around the hotel made driving inconvenient if you are new to the city. The hotel car park is so tiny it is pathetic. They really shouldn't be charging for parking. Security also lousy as there is direct access from carpark to guest rooms. The room is extremely small and cramped! We had to planned to stay 3 nights but checked out after the first night.

The room was clean and tidy, though a bit small, but comfortable.

TV system is not good and complicate by video system. Someday room cleaning of and bed making were noe.

Reception staff very helpful and most pleasant to deal with. Cleaning staff performed their duties efficiently. I think that a Standard Double Room should have the Double bed plus a couple of chairs rather than a double and a single bed with no chairs to sit on as we had.
