It will be good for business travellers to have access to Broadband Internet in the room itself.

The hotel's parking facilities are extremely limited and guests are told to use the King's car park down the street where the staff are rude and parking is inconvenient. Air conditioning unit in the window meant that the curtains didn't close properly.

Service was good value for maney After travelling for approximately 18 hours we had problems with power - no airconditioner, TV, Bedside light - was given new room but in smoking section - very pleased to be given free breakfast as compensation after enquiring about this next morning - consider this good service.

The step from the bathroom to the hallway in the room is dangerous. hurt my heal by stepping down the wrong way on it.

A/C from room above dripped all night onto our A/C cover, very annoying ALL nightlong. reported to staff who were aware of problem & advised us to cover our A/C with a towel?

Service from concierge excellent. Room was extremely small and manoerability with suitcase difficult.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and they let us store our luggage in a storage room on site. After reading others comments on how small the rooms are, I requested a large room when I made my reservation and they gave me a very large room.

staff were friendly and helpful with information on getting around in the cbd was neat and tidy and more than adequate for our stay.

Certainly good value for money at the internet price. Standards were not very high but then you were not paying for them. Beds made but rooms not cleaned every day. Had to request clean cups and more beverage sachets, and make a formal complaint about it, as this did not happen as a matter of course. Net curtains very dirty

A ramp in front of teh hotel is much needed for gusts with big suitcases and or people with disability. Very difficult to lug the suitcases up teh stairs! The powerpoints are located in awakward positions making it difficult to boil the kettle. Also the kettle wasn't working well. It needs to be replaced.

It was quite difficult to moove around with 2 people. The room was definitely too small. There was only 1 chair and one of us had to sit on the bed! It really felt like we were put in a single room.

Although the room was very small, it was a very pleasant room, with inviting colour scheme.

the location of the hotel is very good. it is not far from the shopping area and bus stops. the room is very dusty, especially the curtain. the room was comfortable but a bit too small for two people with two luggages. bedsheets are clean but the mattress is not firm and causes backache.

Very good. Provides very good services at a reasonable price. Tv aerial needs ajusting or replacent. Poor pictures on some channels.

The reception has only one person to help as so we have to be in a line all the time.
