your daytime receptionist is excellent! we were disappointed that you wanted to charge for a travel cot and therefore brought our own. you were the only one of 6 different places that we stayed in Australia during our trip that did not provide these free of charge

Cafe Neo closed for most of the time we were there. It would be beneficial to guests if a take out service at least could be provided as when we arrived late in the evening, it would have been good to have been able to get some food (eg. pizza). `

strange layout pretty dark

Having left clothese behind in a draw, these were not retrievable. Therefore I would call into question the honesty and integrity of the housekeeping staff

did not really use facilities so unable to commment. be good if there was internet access. not that cheap but alright. comfortable and clean. decent view. facilities good.

Room good; staff helpful.

The lift is very jerky when starting to move / when stopping. Guestroom floor corridor not well ventilated - food smell from cooking in apartments. Room is generally cosy and comfortable. However, balcony floor rather dirty, certain standard amenity not in room / not working: no guest directory book, a/c remote control not working, tel between room to room not working. Different rooms have different things missing.

Needs more parking

Found it very clean and tidy. We all enjoyed our time in Perth and would do it again next time. The room was very quiet and sound proof.

The suite has an attached kitchen, pretty well supplied with amenities. The only missing item is a microwave ( surprize in today's living lifestyle.)
