The Spa located on the top of the roof was not clean. There were floating shit in the water. We didn't see this until the jets in the water were turned off and the when the water in the spa was still, we could see lumps of floating shit in the water. Worst experience I have ever encountered and would not recommend this to any traveller.

The staff were extremely helpful. It is a very convenient location.

Apartments located in a centre area - 2,5 blocks from shopping area and supermarkets. Perth city bus a few meters from apartments. Bedside lamp shade was broken and curtain rail had come off the wall.

at the back , there is too much exhaust noise....

No facilities,e.g dining room/lounge,no parking space during our stay. Main door difficult to open and lock is too stiff.

The curtain was not well installed, it fell down twice

the restuarant downstairs was closed which was a pity and the lifts seemed a little dodgy the washing machine did not work properly and the fact that we could not park our hire car made us terminate our stay.

Reception, elevators and corridors looked dated whilst walls were marked and carpets were in need of replacement. Room had everything we needed.

The Hotel is in a very good location - close to the CBD, Supermarkets, Food outlets etc. The Hotel itself did not have much. Even the restaurant was closed and by the amount of dust on the floors I would say for sometime. Service was efficient, when maintenance was required the personnel came quickly. Rooms are large and well maintained. the living room however is part of the kitchen so there is no sofa etc. If you want to watch the TV in the 'living' room you have to sit at the dining room table, which is not very comfortable.

Hotel was very basic. No restaurant/bar; steep stairs at front to carry luggage up;no parking; photocopier not working; no ambiance at all. Room was very noisy so requested move which was done. Both rooms had balconies and windows that were very dirty

The staff on the front desk were very helpful to us. The toilet continued to drip. The tap in the bathroom also dripped. Considering the water shortage this needs some attention.

No direct transfer pickup to the airport. we had to walk to the main road. the worst part is, we carried a lot of luggage, and no trolley whatsoever to carry the luggage. not even a concierge. the male receptionist was very rude. i will never again stay in this hotel. The staff did make up our room, but they just barely changed the towels and made up bed. they didn't even give shampoo on the second day. on one of the days, they left our room ajar. i really dont understand why they asked us to check out early when during our stay, they only came at 1pm to so called clean our room.

HOTEL NEEDS TO PROVIDE DINING ROOM SERVICE

staff very friendly and helpfull very impressed with the room we had

advised to have dining or lunch facilities, and not only for breakfast purposes. should be vaccum cleaned on a daily basis, washing machine not working quite well, should have more interior lighting.

Check-in and out were smooth, but during the stay I found the staff to be a little cold. The room always felt dirty, notably the bathroom floor and carpets; a better job could have been done. We ran out of tissues with two days to go, but they were not replaced. Three times I had to ask for three sets of towels. The toilet cistern was constantly running, and while it was looked at, it was not fixed, and we had to use it without the button in place for three days. It was spacious enough, but the layout was a little strange.

Toilet didn't flush properly and had to be flushed repeatedly to work.

Will be even better if the apartment is bigger (more space)
