This hotel was supposed to be in an alright area, however I found out through one of my Singaporean friends that this area and this particular hotel usually was occupied by prostitutes and their clients. I asked for a none smoking room, but my room still smelled like smoke.

Considering the price we paid, it was more than we expected. Though the rooms were rather small, they were clean & had all the basic amenities, even a hairdryer & electric kettle. I was worried at first that this hotel is smack in the 'red light' area, as I was travelling with my children, but then no one bothered us at all. Furthermore, there are lots of coffee shops around if you like to eat out. The hotel staff are friendly & helpful. My only complaint is the shower & basin that leaked a little. It was irritating for me that everytime I turn on the tap, there was this 'tik-tik-tik" sound on the floor. Better maintenance is required.

It was good to stay here for two nights. Hotel and room were clean and silent, that's enough for backpackers or undemanding people.

A good hotel. Value for money

The Hotel was good value for money. I needed to know a little about the buses that pass nearby and how to connect with them form the airport and other tourist places. Generally clean and neat. the area is not advisable for families.

The staff very helpful. Hotel very convenient to me 10 minit to MRT station, and food very easy and nice to eat.
