Staff was courteous,friendly and accommodating. Amenities are basic but good enough for families who are out most of the time to explore the city. Minor problem is not having a refrigerator in the hotel rooms. Location is good as it is near bus stops. There is also a hippo bus stop nearby. Many shops and eateries are within walking distance.

Every thing is fine. We can suggest this hotel to others. Rooms are little bit small. regards Syam

The hotel is very well situated for a tourist The staff were all very helpful, efficient and friendly. Our room was a inner room without a window. Very small in size and without a fridge - which was a bit of a problem as we could not keep any cold water or any foods for breakfast in the fridge. The bathroom was also very small but good enough. We did however miss a space to pack our toiletries. The room was always well cleaned. There is no Wi-Fi reception. Schoeman & Van Deventer South Africa

TV channels are very limited & telecast is not clear.
No pen & stationary in room.
AC has to be kept ON to avoid bad odour .

the best thing of the hotel is the location, the location is great as the metro station of little india and bugis is at walking distance and for the indian vegetarians the location suits the best. moreover the hospital raffles is also at 5 mins walk.

ROOMS WERE SMALL, BUT NICE. QUITE NOISY, YOU COULD HEAR PEOPLE WALKING IN THE CORRIDORS ALSO. SOME HUMIDITY ALSO IN THE ROOMS, ESPECIALLY AFTER THE SHOWER. QUITE GOOD LOCATION. STAFF WERE NICE.
