181 The Esplanade has friendly, informed and courteous staff. We arrived late at night and used the duty call facility to collect our keys. We were greeted by an alert, friendly and welcoming voice on the phone who gave us all the relevant information quickly and efficiently allowing us to get to access our room quickly. We had a delightful stay. The views from the apartment were superb, the apartment was comfortable and spacious. The convenience store around the corner makes for easy shopping and the fast efficient taxi service and the location within walking distance of the city sights makes the hotel a convenient location for holiday makers and business visitors alike.

Our booking through Holiday City was fast, efficient and extremely convenient, taking all the anxiety out of making overseas reservations, payments and confirmations.

The apartment met my expectations. In the first night, we were arranged in an apartment in the first floor. It was not very good as it is located next to the car park and there is no sea view. However, the hotel staff is very kind and we were relocated to the upper floor with a good sea view. The factilities is good except the bed is too soft.

I would recommend this apartment to those family that donot mind a 20 minutes walk to the shopping centre.
